Onetec Group, partner in the PACMAN project, provided activity training on Agile Software Methodologies for teachers. An initial training period was developed for all students with schools and companies. Students from Czech Republic, Ireland, Sweden and Spain had the opportunity to work together on different activities. Presentation of schools by students; getting to know each other; meeting in partners companies, Binfluencer and Onetec, training on Agile Methodologies provided by Onetec and team building activity, were some of the activities in which students (and teachers) participated.      

October 10th-11th Madrid. 3rd Transnational Meeting

Software requirements were discussed in this meeting. Description of projects, technical requirements, technologies to be used, development and deployment, use of servers, calendar and planning were some aspect to achieve agreements in this meeting. September 9th-12th, C2. Training/Learning Hard Skills activity

As we said, 2019 was a year full of activities in the KA202 Erasmus+ PACMAN. In September, there was a training/ learning activity in Praha (Czech Republic). C2. TRAINING/LEARNING HARD SKILL ACTIVITY On September 9th-12th, teachers of the schools involved in the project from Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic and Ireland went deeper in their knowledge about Python and frameworks related. April 9th-11th. C1. Training/Learning soft skills activity for teachers

In the next lines, the other activity we had in April 2019 is presented. C1. TRAINING/LEARNING SOFT SKILL ACTIVITY FOR TEACHERS On April 9th-11th took place this activity in Söderhamn (Sweden), where teachers of the schools from Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic and Ireland learned about different aspects related to soft skills and employability. Some activities in the training course were: Researchers as Lotta Svensson and Mikael Vallström talked about research in motivational theories. Magnus Gafvelin, head of the IT-office at the National Social Insurance Agency in Söderhamn talked about their experience of soft skills when recruiting new staff. Jan Svärdhagen talked about digital platforms and e-learning and creating a common understanding of learning and communication.

April 4th and 5th, Intermediate Transnational Meeting in Söderhamn (Sweden)

The year 2019 was a year full of activities into the KA202 Erasmus+ PACMAN. In April we had two activities in our project. In this post, we speak about one of them, the second transnational management meeting in Sweden. On April 4th and 5th, we had an Intermediate Transnational Meeting in Söderhamn (Sweden), where the responsibilities of the partner institutions took several decisions about different aspects of the projects, like software product requirements. In this meeting, it was decided which would be the programing language used in the project. Python was selected, a programming language widely used for companies in Web Development Applications. Kick-off Project Meeting in Prague

On November 29th-30th, the 1st Transnational Meeting was held in Prague, hosted by the vocational training institution Střední průmyslová škola na Proseku. The Transnational Kick-off Meeting involved the participation of representatives of all the partners in the project: Halsinglands Education Association, Carlow Institute of Further Education and Training, Střední průmyslová škola na Proseku, IES EL Lago, Teachers Union of Ireland, Grupo Onetec and Binfluenc er. Countries involved in the project are Czech Republic, Ireland, Sweden and Spain. The project is coordinated by IES El Lago (Spain). To begin, training institutions, social partners and companies met to manage the initial phase in our project.   The Agenda of the 1st Transnational Meeting included the following items: An introduction of partners: training institutions, teachers union and private companies.
